Makabansa The school is named after Fernanda Borbon Vda. Cesneros,Sr. Guiani ,Jr. I.

De Gutierrez whose heirs represented by Mr. Dionisio Tirona,donated the parcel of land to the City Government of Cotabato during the time of Mayor Ludovico D.Badoy. The land is located in Rosary Heights IX and has an area of more or less 1,272 square meters. On December 2011, the Barangay Council of Rosary Heights IX led by forrmer Anacleto B. passed a resolution requesting for a public eleme

ntary school to be built in the barangay and had identified the donated land as its site. Hon.Mayor Japal J. endorsed the said request to Schools Division Supt. Dr. Melinda M. Maruhom.The school started its operation in June 2012 with 16 Kindergarten pupils and 28 Grade I pupils with the pioneering teachers: Ms. Menchu G. Balawag for kindergarten and Ladylyn Joie E. Samson for Gr. A makeshift building was used as classroom. During its first semester, the school was part of Notre Dame Village Central Elementary School.
