Greetings of Peace and Good Health!

Under the leadership of our Chairwoman, Honorable Almeihda Arumpac , Mother Barangay Rosary Heights will be conducting a BLOOD LETTING ACTIVITY.

We would like to invite all Offices, Agencies, and our beloved Constituents to join us in this noble cause and become voluntary blood donors. Together, let us save lives! ❤️

📅 DATE: May 30, 2026 (Bukas, Sabado)
⏰ TIME: 8:00 AM onwards
📍 VENUE: MBRH Sub-Office, Purok Sibuyan - A



📋 REMINDERS BEFORE DONATION:

To ensure safety and successful donation, please follow these guidelines:

✅ Don't skip a meal – Never donate on an empty stomach.
✅ Avoid fatty foods – Avoid burgers, fries, or ice cream 24 hours before, as high-fat foods can make plasma appear cloudy and affect testing.
✅ Avoid alcohol and caffeine – These dehydrate you, making veins harder to access and increasing risks of lightheadedness.
✅ Do not smoke – Avoid smoking for at least 2 hours before donation.
✅ Avoid aspirin – Avoid taking aspirin for 48 hours if donating platelets.
✅ Do not go if sick – Postpone if you have a fever, cold, or flu.

May importanteng anunsyo po tayo mula sa Water District! Base po sa kanilang memo, magkakaroon tayo ng water interruption bukas, May 9, 2026, mula 8:30 AM hanggang 3 PM.

Kaya habang may oras pa, mag-imbak na po tayo ng sapat na tubig para sa ating mga pangangailangan. Walang iwanan sa pag-iipon ng tubig ha!
