July 14, 2026 | Community Forum on Maternal and Newborn Health

The Local Government Unit of Datu Anggal Midtimbang, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Nathaneil S. Midtimbang and Vice Mayor Hon. Maryjoy Estephanie Uy-Midtimbang, in partnership with the Rural Health Unit (RHU)–Datu Anggal Midtimbang, successfully conducted the Community Forum on Maternal and Newborn Health.

The forum served as a vital platform for promoting awareness on maternal and newborn health, emphasizing the importance of quality prenatal, delivery, postnatal, and newborn care. It also reinforced the shared commitment of the Local Government Unit and the Rural Health Unit to advancing accessible, responsive, and quality healthcare services for mothers, newborns, and their families.

This initiative reflects the Municipality’s continuing commitment to safeguarding the health and well-being of every mother and child through strengthened community engagement and collaborative public health programs.

Sa gitna ng patuloy na epekto ng masamang panahon, tuloy-tuloy ang relief operations ng Local Government Unit of Datu Anggal Midtimbang upang maabot ang mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng pagbaha.

Through the collective efforts of our responders, volunteers, and partner agencies, relief goods continue to be delivered to affected communities, ensuring that assistance reaches those who need it most. Our commitment remains steadfast—to serve with compassion, urgency, and genuine concern for every resident.

Patuloy po nating ipagdasal ang kaligtasan ng bawat pamilya at ang patuloy na pagbangon ng ating komunidad. Together, we remain resilient, united, and committed to leaving no one behind.

July 9, 2026 | Sa gitna ng patuloy na pagbuhos ng malakas na ulan at pagbaha, ang Pamahalaang Bayan ng Datu Anggal Midtimbang sa pangunguna ni Mayor Datu Nathaneil Midtimbang ay patuloy na nagsasagawa ng immediate response operations upang matugunan ang pangangailangan ng mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng kalamidad.

Patuloy ang distribution ng relief assistance at hot meals sa mga evacuation areas at iba pang apektadong komunidad, bilang bahagi ng agarang pagtugon ng lokal na pamahalaan upang matiyak na may sapat na pagkain at suporta ang ating mga kababayan sa gitna ng matinding pag ulan.

Ang Pamahalaang Bayan ng Datu Anggal Midtimbang ay nananatiling committed sa pagbibigay ng agaran, maayos, at makataong serbisyo sa panahon ng kalamidad. The 7th Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Datu Anggal Midtimbang successfully convened its Regular Session today, where members of the local legislative body deliberated on significant ordinances and resolutions aimed at enhancing public health, strengthening local governance, and accelerating community development.

Among the key legislative measures discussed during the session were the proposed ordinances on the Application for a Drug-Free Workplace and the Safe Motherhood and Facility-Based Delivery Program, both of which underscore the municipality's commitment to fostering a healthy, safe, and productive community.

The Sangguniang Bayan also approved on Third and Final Reading the Resolution No. 006-003 and Resolution No. 006-004 expressing the municipality's acceptance of and no objection to the proposed construction of a Multi-Purpose Building in Barangay Adaon, a project to be implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Region XII.

The successful conduct of today's session reflects the dedication of the 7th Sangguniang Bayan to crafting responsive legislation, promoting inclusive development, and ensuring that every policy enacted contributes to the betterment of the people of Datu Anggal Midtimbang.
