On March 10, 2026 during the 35th Regular Session of 18th Sangguniang Panlungsod of Cotabato City, this Representation delivered a joint Committee report.

The Committee on Youth Development led a joint committee hearing together with the committee on Laws. Regarding the letter of the City Planning and Development Coordinator addressed to the City Vice Mayor Sultan Johair S. Madag, endorsing the copies of the Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP) for the Calendar years 2026-2028.

SK Representative Datu Noriel B. Pasawiran leads the three-year youth development plan review during committee hearing.

Cotabato City—- Ngayong araw, January 28, 2026 ay tinalakay at masusing sinuri ng Committee on Youth Development and Committee on Laws ang Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP) for the Calendar Years 2026-2028. Pinasinayaan mismo ito ni SK Federation President DATU NORIEL B. PASAWIRAN at Councilor Atty. ANWAR MALANG bilang chairman ng Committee on Laws. Kabilang sa nakibahagi si Councilor FAIDZ Y. EDZLA, LYDO Officer Farina Mae C. Guiani, at iba pang representatives mula sa technical committee and offices.

Nagpaabot ng mga rekomendasyon kabilang ang mga suwestiyon ang committee at binahagi ang kanilang sentimiyento sa nasabing development plan.

Pagpapalawig at pagpapalakas sa mga programa at serbisyo para sa kabataan ang planong paigtingin ng komite.

Samantala, inirekomenda na isalang muli sa comprehensive planning ang dokumento upang mas maging epektibo ito.

Tinalakay rin ang level of compliance ng mga SK officials sa kanilang development plans. Pinag-aaralan pa ang mga administrative measurements para sa mga officials na hindi magko-comply dito.
