MOH BARMM under the leadership of Minister Dr. Rizaldy L. Piang.

The Health & Wellness Program for Persons with Disabilities under Non-communicable Diseases Cluster of Ministry of Health BARMM in coordination with Smile Train Philippines, Marikina St. Vincent General Hospital and Cotabato Regional & Medical Center is conducting a FREE CLEFT LIP and PALATE SURGERY.

Our outgoing NCD Cluster head Dr. Ehsan D. Paudac, together with his outgoing HWPWD team assisted on screening, and gave packed lunches for watchers.

To those who want to catch up for the final screening of cleft palate or harelip, please visit the CRMC OPD from May 5 to May 11, 2023.

Non-communicable Diseases Cluster - To***co Control Program headed by yours truly Doc Ehsan Paudac with my Program Manager Joery Amad, RN and team conducted a 2 two (2) days Training on SMOKING CESSATION COUNSELING AND ORIENTATION ON TO***CO - FREE ENVIRONMENT, MPOWER INITIATIVES, DOH RED ORCHID AWARDS (ROA) and EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 26 NATIONWIDE SMOKING BAN at Local Government Unit of Datu Abdullah Sangki, Maguindanao del Sur on February 8-9, 2023.

The activity aims to provide awareness on how to***co use/smoking affects our health and acknowledged as one of the most prevalent behavioral risk factors for the four major Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as Cardiovascular disease, Cancer, Chronic respiratory disease and Diabetes.

The Non-Communicable Diseases Cluster- Health and Wellsness Program for Persons with Disabilities under Ministry of Health in coordination with IPHO Lanao Del Sur, Tamparan District Hospital and Marikina St. Vincent General Hospital, Smile Train Philippines , An NGO that offers a FREE cleft lip and palate outreach program in TAMPARAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TAMPARAN LANAO DEL SUR on FEBRUARY 20-26, 2023. Farida Ali & company conducted a monitoring on Jail Facility vying for hall of fame award at Tawi-tawi province.

The Ministry of Health - BARMM under the leadership of Minister Dr. Rizaldy Piang, Non-Communicable Diseases Cluster - Dangerous Drugs Abuse Prevention and Treatment Program (DDAPTP) headed by yours truly with my Program Manager Ms. Norhata Enampadan, RN represented as one of the Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing Program for a two-day (2) deliberation of applicant barangays in Lanao Del Sur on December 6-8, 2022 held at Plaza Alemania, Iligan City.

ROCBDC BARMM chaired by DIR II ROGELITO A DACULLA, MPA certified and declared Kapai LDS as Drug Cleared Municipality, 35 drug cleared barangays, 3 drug free and 3 Retention of Drug Free Status (RDFS) barangays in Lanao Del Sur Province

The committee declared Kapai as Drug-Cleared Status Municipality and certified barangays from the Municipalities of Maguing (3) drug-cleared, (1) drug free; Binidayan (6) drug-cleared; Balindong (5) drug cleared, (3) Retained Drug Free Status; Bacolod Kalawi (3) drug-cleared , (1) drug free; Buadiposo Buntong (4) drug-cleared and Marantao (14) drug cleared status.

The aforementioned BADAC applicants were supported by their respective Mayors while they defended/presented their programs and activities for their application to be declared as drug cleared/free barangays.

Also present were the respective Local Chief Executives, Chiefs of Police , MLGOOs, Municipal Health Officers, Punong Barangays and Secretaries of the above mentioned municipalities.

Non Communicable Diseases Cluster - National Voluntary Blood Services Program headed by yours truly together with my Asst Blood Coordinator Mr Alladin Dayaan,RM,MPA, was invited as a Guest Speaker by the Philippine Red Cross Cotabato City - Maguindanao Chapter to a Recognition Ceremony of Blood Donors and Partners In-Service with the theme “Donating Blood is an act of solidarity. Join the effort and save lives” at Golden Lace, Cotabato City.

Thank you Philippine Red Cross Cotabato City for the Appreciation during the said activity and thank you also to our Blood Donors, our modern heroes for “keeping the world beating” by sharing your precious blood.

The said activity aims to provide Primary Eye Care Training on our Allied Health workers in order to furnish basic eye care services to their constituents.
