LOOK: The Bangsamoro Board of Investments (BBOI), led by Board of Governor Manan Baraguir, attended today the ongoing Sectoral Public Consultation on the Proposed Partial General Policies (GP) and Specific Guidelines (SG) of the Draft 2025–2028 Strategic Investment Priority Plan (SIPP) hosted by the (BOI-Manila) in Quezon City.

The consultation gathered representatives from various sectors, government offices, and Investment Promotion Agencies (IPAs) across the country to discuss proposed policies and guidelines that will shape the country’s investment priorities for the coming years.

Key discussions of the activity included the presentation of the proposed partial definition of terms, as well as the proposed General Policies and Specific Guidelines under the draft SIPP 2025–2028. The engagement provided participants the opportunity to share insights, recommendations, and sectoral perspectives to further strengthen the framework for investment promotion and economic development.

LOOK: The Bangsamoro Board of Investments, led by its Technical Division, recently conducted an orientation on the CREATE MORE Act and the Strategic Investment Priority Plan (SIPP) with the Cotabato City Government, gathering local government officials, executive heads, and key stakeholders.

Among those present were Mohamad Ali Mangelen, City Councilor, Bai Maja Midtimbang, City Administrator and Teddy Inta, City Treasurer. The activity served as an important platform to discuss updates on investment incentives, priority sectors, and opportunities available under the CREATE MORE framework and SIPP policies.

The orientation aimed to strengthen awareness and coordination between the Bangsamoro Government and the local government in promoting an investment-friendly environment, encouraging business expansion, and aligning local development initiatives with regional and national investment priorities. Discussions also emphasized the role of local governments in facilitating investments and supporting sustainable economic growth in Cotabato City and the Bangsamoro region.
