Bismillahir Rahmaneer Raheem

Assalamu Alaikom Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh!

Alhamdulillah! 🌙

As the blessed month of Ramadhan begins, we are reminded of the true meaning of sacrifice, humility, and unity. This sacred month is not only a time of fasting, but a time to strengthen our faith, deepen our compassion, and stand together as one Bangsamoro.

Let our prayers be sincere, our hearts be gentle, and our actions reflect the values of mercy and brotherhood that Islam teaches us. In every sacrifice we make, may we find strength; in every act of kindness, may we find unity.

اللهم اجعلنا من أهل الصيام والقيام
Allahumma aj‘alna min ahlis-siyam wal-qiyam
(O Allah, make us among those who truly observe fasting and prayer.)

May this Ramadhan renew our commitment to peace, justice, and solidarity as we remember our brothers and sisters in Palestine, and the entire Muslim Ummah around the world who continue to endure trials with patience and unwavering faith.

May Allah accept our ibadah (acts of worship) and grant peace to the entire Bangsamoro and the whole Ummah.

Ramadhan Mubarak to all.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗠, 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗼!

Heto na ang sagot sa ating mga agam-agam tuwing lumalabas ng rehiyon!

Opisyal nang inanunsyo ang malaking upgrade ng Bangsamoro Land Transportation Office (BLTO) ngayong 2026.

Anong bago sa ating Official Receipt (OR)?

Under the leadership of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) Minister, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗲 𝗚. 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗵𝘂𝗱, the Bangsamoro Land Transportation Office (BLTO) has successfully concluded a comprehensive two-day Deputation Training Program for Law Enforcement Agent applicants.

Designed to prepare principled agents to effectively uphold transportation laws across the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region, this year's program featured an enhanced and dynamic curriculum. The training fostered significant inter-agency collaboration, uniting participants from key agencies including:

• Bangsamoro Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (BLTFRB)
• City Transportation and Traffic Management Center (CTTMC)
• Regional Mobile Force Battalion 14-A (RMFB14-A)
• Cotabato City Police Office (CCPO)
• Maguindanao del Norte Provincial Police Office (MDNPPO)
• Regional Highway Patrol Unit BAR - Philippine National Police - Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG)

The training established a solid foundation in core principles and civil service law, featuring expert sessions from various partners. Highlights included a hands-on emergency response module delivered by the Bangsamoro READi and an engaging regulatory forum facilitated by a team of experts from LTO Region XI, including Regional Law Enforcement Section Chief, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗬𝘂𝗿𝗶 𝗛. 𝗟𝗶𝗺, Unit Head 𝗠𝗿. 𝗔𝗻𝗷𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗮ñ𝗮𝗻, and Assistant Unit Head 𝗠𝗿. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗵𝘂𝗺.

The event was honored by the presence and support of key officials, including MOTC Deputy Minister 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗠. 𝗔𝗯𝗯𝗮𝘀, MOTC Director General 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗟. 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗼-𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗿𝗶, and BLTO Director I 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝘇𝘂𝗹 𝗗. 𝗚𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗸, alongside other distinguished MOTC-BLTO officials and staff.

While the training sessions have concluded, the final selection of deputized agents is pending a thorough evaluation of pre-test and post-test results, as well as participants' active involvement. An official list of successful applicants will be released following this comprehensive assessment.
