Learning Together: SLMG Training (April 27–30, 2026)
The Support to Local Moral Governance (SLMG) Team successfully completed a meaningful 4-day training on Completed Staff Work and Workplace Ethics and Compliance held at Villa Miranda, RH VI, Cotabato City.
Throughout the training, PMO personnel gained valuable insights on the importance of delivering quality work—being prepared, organized, and results-oriented. They were reminded that beyond identifying problems, striving to offer practical and well-thought-out solutions is important.
Completed Staff Work (CSW) emphasizes that submitted outputs should already be complete, well-analyzed, and decision-ready—requiring minimal to no revision from supervisors, as the staff member is responsible for presenting fully developed recommendations.
Personnel deepened their understanding on professional conduct in the workplace—embracing honesty, accountability, and adherence to policies. These values are essential in building a safe, respectful, and productive work environment for everyone.
SLMG extends its heartfelt thanks to the resource speakers, Datunot A. Akmad and Said I. Abdulkasan, Training Specialists from Center of Training and Assessment, Development Academy of the Bangsamoro for generously sharing their knowledge and real-life experiences.
As we move forward, SLMG is committed to applying these learnings in daily work and continuing the journey of growth and service.
