The Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE-BARMM) is now accepting applications for Bangsamoro Internship Development Program (BIDP 2026) starting February 3, 2026 until February 5, 2026
Qualification:
✅The applicants must be College, Senior High school, or Voc-Tech Graduates (TESD-NC II)
✅Must be 18-40 years old by the time of application
✅Must be currently unemployed

Requirements:
✅Two (2) copies of Application Letter

✅BIDP Form as prescribed by MOLE
✅Two (2) 2x2 ID picturetaken within six (6) months(w/ name tag)

✅ Two (2) photocopy of Valid ID
The following are the required supporting documents to be submitted by the BGIP applicants, viz:

For College graduates:
✅Two (2) Photocopy of Transcript of Record (TOR) or Certificate of Graduation duly signed by the School Registrar

For Voc-Tech graduates:
✅Two (2) Photocopy of National Certificate duly authenticated by the issuing office/institution

For Senior high school Graduates:
✅Two (2) Photocopy of Certificate of completion or Diploma duly authenticated by the issuing Office or institution

Note: Ang mga Aplikante ay dapat nakatira lamang sa MAGUINDANAO.

To cater the applicants from the remote areas of Maguindanao,The Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE-BARMM) will be having a special screening and accept applications for Special Program for Employment of Student (SPES) on May 29, 2025, 9 a.m. beside the DAMALUSAY BARANGAY HALL, PAGLAT, MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR

Special Program for Employment of Student (SPES) is a component of KABATAAN 2000 which aims to support poor but deserving students.
Qualification:
✅REGULAR STUDENT CURRENTLY ENROLLED AGING FROM 15-30 year old
✅ OUT OF SCHOOL YOUTH (OSY) STUDENT AGING FROM 15-30 year old
Requirements:
✅ Accomplished MOLE SPES form;
✅ Two 2x2 ID picture taken within six (6) months from the date of application;
✅ Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate or any legal document or ID Identification indicating date of birth or age;
✅ Photocopy of ANY of the following:
a. Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents/legal guardian (those working in government);
b. Certification issued by BIR that the parents/legal guardian are exempted from payment of tax (those working in government);
c. Certificate of Indigency (Poverty threshold) issued by the Barangay
Chairman/Official of the Barangay where the applicant resides, Purpose: MOLE-SPES Program;
d. Certificate of Low Income (Poverty threshold) issued by Barangay Official of the Barangay.
✅ For LEARNERS APPLICANTS
a. Any of the following in additional to requirements no. 1-4 :
b. Photocopy of proof of average passing grade such as 1.) Class Card or 2.) Form
138 of the previous semester or year immediately preceding the application; or
c. Original copy of Certification by the School Registrar certifying as to passing grade and with good moral character immediately preceding semester/year if grades are not yet available
✅ For Out-Of-School Youth (OSV)
a. original copy of Certification as OSY issued by MSSD-BARMM or the autorized official of the Barangay where the OSY resides, in addition to requirements no. 1 - 4.
✅ FOR MADARIS APPLICANTS
a. Any of the following in addition to requirements no. 1 -4:
b. Original copy of Certification by the Madaris Mudir certifying as to passing grade and with good moral character immediately preceding semester/year if grades are not available.
Note: SPES Forms will be provided by the MOLE personnel present on the program
