๐๐จ๐ง. ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐จ ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง ๐๐๐ฆ๐ was born on February 21, 1967 in Pangi, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao. He is currently residing at RH-7, Cotabato City. MP Sema is married and has dedicated much of his life to public service and political leadership. He is also the Vice Chairman for Political Affairs of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) Central Committee.
He completed his elementary education at Dalican Pilot Elementary School from 1975 to 1980, and his secondary education at Cotabato City State Polytechnic College from 1980 to 1985. He pursued his college education at Notre Dame University from 1988 to 1991.
MP Sema has served in various key government positions in the Bangsamoro and the former ARMM. He has been a Member of the Bangsamoro Parliament under the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) since February 22, 2019 to the present. He also served as Minister of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE) from June 1, 2019 to February 16, 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of the Regional Reconciliation and Unification Commission (RRUC) from September 1, 2016 to February 2019. He was also an Appointed Assemblyman of the Regional Legislative AssemblyโARMM from May 8, 2012 to June 30, 2013, where he was elected as Majority Floor Leader, served as Chairman of the Committee on Rules and Amendments, and became Vice Chairman of the Committee on Peace and Security. Earlier in his career, he served as Commissioner of the RRUC from March 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012, and as Executive Director of the RRUC from January 20, 2010 to February 2011.
