𝐁𝐈𝐎𝐒𝐊𝐄𝐓𝐂𝐇 𝐎𝐅 𝐌𝐏 𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐑. 𝐁𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐍 𝐀. 𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐀𝐍, 𝐌𝐍𝐒𝐀
Engr. Baintan Adil-Ampatuan, MNSA is a legislator with four years of parliamentary experience and a development planner for 27 years. She holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Notre Dame University (1991), a Master in Professional Studies in Development Management from USM (1994), and earned her Senior Executive Master in National Security Administration (SE-MNSA) from the National Defense College of the Philippines in 2021, graduating with silver and bronze awards. She is also a licensed civil engineer, a Career Service Executive Eligible, and a commissioned reserve Lieutenant Colonel in the Philippine Army.
She rose through the ranks of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), eventually serving as Executive Director of the Regional Planning and Development Office. She led major regional planning initiatives, including the ARMM Transition Report.
Since 2019, she has been one of the 80 presidentially appointed Members of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) Parliament. She serves as Vice-Chair of the Committee on Finance and sits in seven other key committees. As of March 2023, she has principally or jointly authored 35 bills and 41 resolutions, and co-authored 72 bills and 17 resolutions, with several already adopted by the Parliament.
Engr. Ampatuan is also the Government co-chair of the Joint Task Force on Camps Transformation under the Inter-Cabinet Cluster Mechanism on Normalization. She was recognized as the Civil Service Commission-ARMM Regional Outstanding Lady Executive in 2014 and has completed various international training programs in leadership, governance, and disaster risk reduction.

𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐏 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨 𝐊. 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐚

𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐚 was born on February 21, 1967 in Pangi, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao. He is currently residing at RH-7, Cotabato City. MP Sema is married and has dedicated much of his life to public service and political leadership. He is also the Vice Chairman for Political Affairs of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) Central Committee.

He completed his elementary education at Dalican Pilot Elementary School from 1975 to 1980, and his secondary education at Cotabato City State Polytechnic College from 1980 to 1985. He pursued his college education at Notre Dame University from 1988 to 1991.

MP Sema has served in various key government positions in the Bangsamoro and the former ARMM. He has been a Member of the Bangsamoro Parliament under the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) since February 22, 2019 to the present. He also served as Minister of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE) from June 1, 2019 to February 16, 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of the Regional Reconciliation and Unification Commission (RRUC) from September 1, 2016 to February 2019. He was also an Appointed Assemblyman of the Regional Legislative Assembly–ARMM from May 8, 2012 to June 30, 2013, where he was elected as Majority Floor Leader, served as Chairman of the Committee on Rules and Amendments, and became Vice Chairman of the Committee on Peace and Security. Earlier in his career, he served as Commissioner of the RRUC from March 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012, and as Executive Director of the RRUC from January 20, 2010 to February 2011.

Legal Translation Mastery | May 12 - 13, 2026

Alhamdulillah, the Translation and Interpretation Division successfully held a two-day capacity-building training titled “Legal Translation Mastery” at D&M Buffet, Cotabato City on May 12 - 13, 2026.

This training served as a meaningful opportunity to deepen our understanding of legal language, improve translation accuracy, and strengthen our professional standards in delivering quality translation and interpretation services.
