ANNOUNCEMENT❗❗❗
The Department of Social Welfare and Development Region XII (DSWD XII) thru the Office of City Social Welfare and Development Officer (OCSWDO) and Office of Senior Citizen's Affairs (OSCA) has scheduled the Social Pension payout activity for the 2nd quarter of 2025.
Para sa listahan ng social pension beneficiaries, makipag-ugnayan sa inyong Barangay Senior Citizen Presidents or pumunta sa Office of the City Social Welfare and Development Officer (OCSWDO).
2nd quarter 2025 Php 3,000 from April to June.
Requirements for payout:
A. Personal : Original and 1 photocopy ng Senior citizen ID with 3 Signature/Thumbmark
B. Authorization :
1. Authorization from OCSWDO hingi lang po kayo ng copy sa senior citizens President or sa OCSWDO at OSCA.
2. Original and Photocopy of senior citizen ID and 1 valid ID of Representative.
3. Picture ng beneficiary at ng representative with lates calendar (June 2025).
C. Deceased/Patay: April - June 2025 only.
1. Original and Photocopy of Death certificate from LCR.
2. Original and Photocopy ng senior citizen ID at 1 valid ID ng Claimant.
