However, Malacañang has clarified that 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲) 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, despite the expected start of Ramadan.

Meanwhile, in selected provinces, cities, and towns, 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟏, 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟔, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 have been declared 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 through separate proclamations.
