Pinaagi sa paningkamot ni Mayor Teresa P. Alegado, ang LGU Consolacion pinaagi sa PESO Consolacion nagpahibalo nga ipahigayon na ang LIBRE nga Sewing Training para sa mga interesado. Human sa training, ang mga makakompleto mahimong i-endorso para sa trabaho.
