PROCESS FLOW
STEP 1 – BBM SERBISYO
Authentication :
o BBMS
o Error
o Not Registered
STEP 2 – VERIFICATION
1. Match with clean list.
2. Check documents:
a. Two (2) photocopies of any valid government-issued ID
i. If no valid ID, secure Voter’s Certification or Barangay Certification with Picture
b. Three (3) signature specimens on each photocopy
3. Identify any corrections/ errors on the name, missing information, and other issues.
4. Identify special cases:
a. Replacement
b. Address Mismatch
5. If no corrections on information and documents are complete and accurate, write on the top of the ID photocopy the contact number, damage classification and number of payroll.
STEP 3 – TAGGING
1. If from step 2 there is a note of corrections and special cases, encode directly to the spreadsheet. (LGU)
2. Tagging of YES/NO for Payroll.
3. Encoding of the contact number to the spreadsheet.
4. Encoding of damage classification to the spreadsheet.
5. Encoding of BBMS.
6. Receiving and sorting of documents.
