1. The annual combined income of parents must be 100k and below
2. Must be a bona fide resident in Barangay Casili, Consolacion,Cebu.
3. Must be a COLLEGE STUDENT IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
4. Must be currently enrolled for the Academic Year 2026- 2027.
5. ONE student per household only .
6. Student should not have any existing scholarship.

📍𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
1. 1 Photocopy of Certificate of Enrollment/Certificate of Registration or study load;
2. 1 Photocopy Any Valid Id back to back
3. Proof of income of both parents (BIR/PAYSLIP or any proof of income available); if NONE, provide a WRITTEN letter stating your parents' current source of income and address it to SK CASILI COUNCIL.
