We, Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) of Consolacion Campus, proudly celebrate the successful ROTC Graduation Ceremony of Batch SINDAK Class 14-26 held on May 17, 2026, at Cebu Technological University – Consolacion Campus.

The ceremony marked a significant milestone for every graduating cadet who demonstrated discipline, dedication, leadership, and commitment throughout their ROTC journey. The program formally commenced with the Opening Remarks delivered by Prof. Arvin B Salera, NSTP Chairperson, setting the tone for a meaningful and memorable celebration.

The Presentation of Graduates was led by Cpl Amelita M Gilhang (Inf) PA, Admin NCO followed by the Declaration of Graduates by MAJ DARYL A FEROLINO (Inf) PA, Commandant officially recognizing the successful completion of the cadets’ ROTC training.

One of the highlights of the ceremony was the Giving of Certificates of Accomplishment and Presentation of Awards honor by COL JENNIFER T CLAROS FS (GSC) PA, Director 701st CDC, 7RCDG, RESCOM, PA as Guest of Honor and Speaker, School Administrator, honoring the graduates for their perseverance, excellence, and dedication. The Oath of the Reservist was administered by 1LT RONALD O CABILES PA (RES), Assistant Commandant symbolizing the graduates’ readiness to serve the nation with honor, integrity, and responsibility.

The ceremony also became more inspiring through the heartfelt Message from Rank 1 ROTC Cadet, Cdt Brent Marquin Dosdos 3CL, together with the Outgoing Message of C/COL Princess Nicole L Herbito 1CL, Outgoing Corps Commander, as they reflected on their experiences, sacrifices, and unforgettable journey in ROTC.

To conclude the program, COL JENNIFER T CLAROS FS (GSC) PA delivered the Inspirational and Closing Remarks, leaving the graduates with words of encouragement as they continue to uphold the values of discipline, leadership, and patriotism beyond their ROTC training.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to 701st CDC, 7RCDG, RESCOM, PA as the Administrator, Training Staff, Guest instructors, mentors, guests, and the School Administrators whose unwavering support and guidance contributed to the success of this memorable event.

We, Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) of Consolacion Campus, successfully conducted the 15th Military Instruction for the Second Semester on May 10, 2026, at the Cebu Technological University–Consolacion Campus Gymnasium.

The activity officially began at 0700H with the cadet call time, followed by attendance checking and formation, where discipline, punctuality, and proper bearing were strictly observed by all participating cadets. This initial phase reflected the commitment and readiness of the corps in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as ROTC cadets.

As part of the training, cadets took their final examination, which served as an assessment of the knowledge, skills, and lessons acquired throughout the semester. The examination was conducted in an organized and orderly manner, highlighting the cadets’ seriousness, focus, and dedication to learning.

Following the examination, the unit proceeded with the graduation practice in preparation for the upcoming ceremony. Cadets actively participated in rehearsing the proper sequence, formation, and protocols to ensure a smooth and successful graduation event.

The entire activity was completed successfully through the cooperation, discipline, and active participation of every cadet. The training concluded at 1200H, marking another productive and meaningful day of military instruction and leadership development.

On April 27, 2026, Cebu Technological University – Consolacion Campus transformed into a center of purpose, growth, and compassion as we successfully brought together two impactful initiatives: our Basic Life Support Seminar and Blood Donation Activity. This event served as a powerful reminder that saving lives begins not only with professional medical teams but also with ordinary people who choose to learn, care, and act.

Through the Basic Life Support Seminar, participants were guided through comprehensive discussions and hands-on demonstrations covering critical emergency response procedures—from proper assessment of emergency situations, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and managing airway obstructions, to providing immediate care for injuries and sudden illnesses. The training didn’t just give us theoretical lessons; it built our confidence, sharpened our awareness, and equipped each one of us with the practical competencies needed to step up and help when every second truly matters. Today, we are more than just students, staff, or community members—we are capable first responders ready to extend a helping hand in times of crisis.

This success would not have been possible without the collective effort and dedication of everyone involved. Our deepest gratitude goes to our resource speakers and medical teams for sharing their expertise and guidance; to our hardworking organizers and volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the smooth flow of activities; to the university administration for their unwavering support in making such meaningful programs possible; and most especially, to all the participants and donors who opened their minds to learn and their hearts to give.

True leadership and service are not just demonstrated through discipline and drills—they are also shown through our commitment to protecting the world we call home.

On April 19, the officers, staff, and dedicated cadets of ROTC-Consolacion Campus headed to Lamac, Consolacion, Cebu for a meaningful tree-planting activity, an initiative that perfectly combines our duty to serve the community with our responsibility to care for nature. This activity was organized not only to help improve our local surroundings but also to instill in every member the deep value of environmental stewardship as part of our core training and character building.

Beneath the warmth of the sun and working hand-in-hand, our cadets showed remarkable enthusiasm, teamwork, and resilience throughout the activity. With coordinated efforts and shared purpose, each seedling carefully placed into the soil, representing hope, growth, and a promise to protect our natural resources. These plants will soon grow to provide cleaner air, greener landscapes, and a safer habitat for local wildlife, contributing significantly to the restoration and preservation of the natural beauty of Lamac and the whole of Consolacion.

A collaborative initiative by Cebu Technological University - Consolacion Campus, the Municipality of Consolacion, Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, and BFP R-VII Consolacion. The event is scheduled for April 27, 2026, with activities running from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, utilizing both the CTU - Consolacion Campus Library and Gym as venues.

The poster outlines crucial donor qualifications, stating that participants must be at least 18 years old and in good health. Additionally, donors should weigh a minimum of 50kg, refrain from alcohol intake for 24 hours prior to donation, and ensure they have had adequate rest and nourishment. A key note highlights that medical professionals will be on-site to conduct necessary screenings and ensure safety, adhering to all health protocols.

"BE THE REASON SOMEONE GETS ANOTHER CHANCE AT LIFE," the event aims to underscore the profound impact of blood donation. It also promotes the BLS Seminar with the tagline, "BE THE LIFELINE," emphasizing the acquisition of essential life-saving skills. The overarching message, "Together, We Can Be Heroes!", encourages community involvement and collective action for a greater good.
