Compostela Municipal Police Station personnel responded to the invitation of Virginia Foods, Inc. (VFI) and participated in the orientation of its security guards in support of the company’s Drug-Free Workplace Program.

The activity provided an opportunity to reinforce awareness among security personnel on drug prevention, the harmful effects of illegal drugs, and their role in maintaining a safe and drug-free workplace.

The Compostela MPS appreciates the initiative of VFI in strengthening its Drug-Free Workplace Program and remains committed to supporting partner agencies, establishments, and stakeholders in promoting drug prevention, public safety, and a drug-free community.

PNP personnel provided security assistance and maintained police visibility within the school premises to help ensure the safety and security of students, teachers, parents, and visitors.

As part of the PNP’s commitment to public service, personnel closely coordinated with school authorities and monitored the area to maintain peace, order, and a conducive learning environment.

Traffic management assistance was also provided to promote the smooth and safe movement of students, pedestrians, and motorists.

The PNP remains steadfast in its mission to protect and serve, fostering a safe and secure community for all.
