We understand that tensions run high in competitions. Emotions often get the best of us. But it is sad to see what happened in the recent tournament and the negativities it showed. If only we could have prevented it, the focus would still be on the great games played.

Yes, the recent tournament gave us great matches, but it also had moments that tested us as a community. There are also videos circulating online that highlight the negative side of what happened. I hope people will not take this as the true picture of our sport. GEL BLASTER IS ABOUT SPORTSMANSHIP and TEAMWORK. It is not about players fighting or being disrespectful.

Coming from someone who has been on both sides, as a player and as an organizer, I KNOW IT IS NEVER EASY. No matter how hard we try, it can never be perfected. But that should not stop us from trying our hardest to make it better each time.

Still to the players, thank you for bringing your energy and passion. To the organizers, thank you for your effort in making these events possible. Mistakes were made on both sides, but what matters is how we move forward.

We play for the same reason: OUR LOVE FOR THE SPORT. Every tournament is not only about winning, but also about showing our true character, our respect for one another, and the camaraderie that makes this sport meaningful.

The lesson here is simple. Emotions run high, but how we handle them defines us more than any result on the scoreboard. Let’s take this as a chance to grow, improve, and strengthen the community together.

At the end of the day, "Together we stand, Divided we fall." THE SPORT IS ONLY AS STRONG AS THE RESPECT WE SHOW TO EACH OTHER.
