📐 STAAD.Pro CONNECT Training for Structural Design Excellence 🏗️

The Philippine Association of Building Officials (PABO) - CDO, headed by Pres. Engr. Walter Orcerada, conducted a 2.5-day training on STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition, a leading structural analysis and design software, last October 8–10, 2025, at the Naawan New Town Hall, Misamis Oriental.

This training was actively participated in by the Municipal Engineering Office and the Office of the Building Official of LGU-Claveria, as part of our commitment to advancing technical skills in structural engineering.

We were privileged to have Engr. Rus Jerove Mugot as our resource speaker and trainer, whose expertise and hands-on approach greatly enhanced the learning experience for all attendees.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Hon. Mayor Reynante L. Salvaleon for his full support in making this vital training possible.

With the knowledge and tools gained from this session, our civil engineers are now better equipped to design and build safer, more efficient, and well-analyzed structures for our communities.

✅ Project Completed: Water Distribution System – Sitio Pasto

The water distribution project in Sitio Pasto, Plaridel, Claveria, Misamis Oriental has been successfully completed.

📋 A Final Inspection was conducted by the Project Monitoring Committee to ensure that the project meets the required standards and is ready for use.

💧 The system sources water from a 120-meter-deep underground well, now providing the community with improved access to clean and reliable water. This project is a key step toward enhancing the quality of life in the area through better water supply infrastructure.

A Pre-Final Inspection was conducted by the engineering team at the construction site of the Super Health Center in Brgy. Malagana, Claveria, Misamis Oriental on April 25, 2025. Funded and implemented by the Department of Health (DOH), the construction is now nearly complete, with only minor works remaining before its final turnover.
