𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: TO OUR VALUED VETERANS, DEPENDENTS, AND STAKEHOLDERS:

In accordance with the Department of National Defense (DND) Circular No. 05 dated 02 March 2026, the administration and operations of the Veterans Hospitalization and Medical Care Program (VHMCP) have been officially transferred to the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO).

In line with this transition, please be informed that 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗩𝗔𝗢 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀. Effective immediately, the Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC) 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 for the VHMCP at its offices.

At present, the inventory of applications 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴. At the same time, PVAO has commenced the𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, to ensure that all endorsed applications are properly received, verified, and processed and that the disbursement of the pending medical assistance will be paid accordingly.

Stakeholders are encouraged to coordinate directly with PVAO for any inquiries, submission of requirements, or status updates regarding their applications. MAYBANK | May 14, 2026 (Thursday)
AFPSLAI | May 15, 2026 (Friday)
AMWSLAI, DBP, LBP | May 16, 2026 (Saturday)
AUB, CWSLAI, PVB | May 18, 2026 (Monday)
However, pensioners with blocked pension accounts due to non-updating of living status and other reasons may view their account balances, but no pension credit will be posted until their pension status has been updated and cleared.
