Guidelines and Mechanics

1.This Competition is open for all residents of Barangay III, Vigan City ages 15-30 years old.

I.The contest is on the spot;
II.Drawing or poster and should resolve around the theme “Youth Advancing Multilateral Cooperation Through Technology and Partnerships” ;
III.The slogan should be written in the drawing material or within the poster;
IV.Contestants are given two (2) hours to finish their poster;
V.Contestants should bring their own drawing materials (any media are allowed- traditional drawing media such as oil pastel, acrylic, water color, and charcoal. We will provide the illustration board;
VI.Slogan should not be written in the illustration board or drawing material prior to the conduct of the contest;
VII.Sketched or patterns are not allowed to be carried by the contestants inside the contest area;
VIII.Violations to any of the above-mentioned rules will lead to disqualification of the contestants;
IX.Decision of the judges shall be final and non-appealable;
X.All entries will become property of the Sangguniang Kabataan - Barangay III after the contest;

Relevance to the Theme – Clearly reflects the given theme-35%

Creativity & Originality – Uniqueness of concept, ideas, and presentation-30%

Visual Impact & Design – Effective use of colors, layout, images, and overall composition-25%

Neatness & Craftsmanship – Clean, organized, and well-executed output- 10%

🧠 Quiz Bee Competition Guidelines

Event: Linggo ng Kabataan 2026
Theme: “Youth Advancing Multilateral Cooperation Through Technology and Partnerships”

📌 General Guidelines:
1. Eligibility:
• Open to youth ages 15 to 30 years old.
• Must be a resident of Barangay III.

2. Team Composition:
• Each team shall consist of 2 members or by partner.
• Teams must register on or before August 21, 2026. Send your registration on our FB Page: Sangguniang Kabataan - Barangay III, Vigan City.

3. Coverage:
• Questions will be based on:
• Current trends/events (local and international)
• General knowledge (history, culture, science, mathematics, information)
• SK and youth-related topics and SGD’s

4. Format:
• The competition will consist of 3 Rounds:
Easy, Moderate, and Difficult
• All rounds are oral and written answer format (unless specified).
• Each round has a specific number of questions and time limits.

📝 Essay Writing Competition Guidelines

Event Title: Linggo ng Kabataan 2026
Theme: “Youth Advancing Multilateral Cooperation Through Technology and Partnerships”

📌 General Guidelines:
1. Eligibility:
• Open to youth participants aged 15 to 30 years old.
• Must be a resident of Barangay III.

2. Registration:
• Participants must register on or before August 21, 2026. Send your registration on our FB Page: Sangguniang Kabataan - Barangay III, Vigan City.
• Walk-in entries on the event day will not be accepted.

3. Theme:
• Essays must be related to the official theme:
“Youth Advancing Multilateral Cooperation Through Teachnology and Partnerships”.

4. Essay Format:
• Language: English or Filipino
• Word Count: 500–1000 words
• Must be original, unpublished, and not previously submitted in any contest.
• Neatly handwritten on a clean long bond paper

5. Time Limit (On-the-Spot Writing):
• Participants will be given to 2 hours to complete the essay.
• Use of gadgets, internet, or outside sources is strictly prohibited during the contest.
