Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member and PPSK Ilocos Sur President Vic Singson attended the 38th Regular Session of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan on May 26, 2026, held at the SP Session Hall, Provincial Farmersโ€™ Livelihood Center.

SPM Pablito Sanidad Jr. welcomed the guests and successful passers of the 2025 Philippine Board Examinations and presented them with resolutions of commendation together with the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

During the session, two ordinances authored by SPM Vic Singson were approved on Third and Final Reading, namely:
1. An Ordinance Institutionalizing the Ilocos Sur Provincial Sports Development, Excellence, and Inclusion Program; and
2. An Ordinance Establishing the Out-of-School Youth (OSY) Skills Development and Reintegration Program in the Province of Ilocos Sur, Providing Mechanisms for Skills Training, Employment Facilitation, Educational Bridging, Livelihood Assistance, and Psychosocial Support Services, and Appropriating Funds Therefor.

The Municipality of Sto. Domingo, Ilocos Sur held its first Pammadayaw 2026 as part of their town fiesta celebration, โ€œPumped Up,โ€ on May 10, 2026, in front of St. Dominic de Guzman Parish Church in Brgy. Nalasin, Sto. Domingo.

The Pammadayaw, led by Mayor Annea De Leon and the Municipal Council, recognized the contributions of Sto. Domingo residents who have brought honor and pride to the town, as well as their partners in implementing various programs and projects.

SPM & PPSK Ilocos Sur President Vic Singson graced the event, congratulating everyone on the success of their town fiesta. He also had the opportunity to meet fellow youth leaders, especially the Sangguniang Kabataan of Sto. Domingo.

It was a fun and refreshing experience joining JCI Viganโ€™s Basa-Basa: Water Fun Run 2026 on May 9, 2026. This event was not just a water fun runโ€”it was for a meaningful cause. Meeting fellow youth, having fun, and supporting a mission to help children who struggle with reading made the experience truly worthwhile.

I would also like to thank my brothers from San Miguel Corporation for their support for this project. Special thanks to EJ Rivas for energizing the crowd, and of course, to my Ate Janina Medina-Fariรฑas for always introducing me to projects like this that uplift and empower the youth.

History in the making!

The 1st Tamag Futsal Tournament in Ilocos Sur brings together athletes in the spirit of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Held on April 26, 2026, at Barangay Tamag Court, Vigan City.

The event was initiated by SPM & PPSK Ilocos Sur President Vic Singson, with the esteemed presence of Vice Governor Ryan Luis V. Singson and Vigan City Mayor Randy Singson, and Punong Barangay of Tamag Hon. Renato Rabot.

With sincere appreciation to Hon. Ryan Luis Singson, Hon. Francisco Arturo Ranches III, Otso Kantos Ilocandia, and Overclocked Cafรฉ.

This initiative continues to support and empower the youth through sports development and community engagement.

SPM Vic Singson envisions that in the coming years, every town in Ilocos Sur will proudly send its representatives to participate in this event.
