Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital Gabriela Silang together with Rotary Club of Magsingal North Ilocos Sur and Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society Northwestern Luzon conducted informative lecture, information dissemination through DWRS Operation Salun At, Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA), Pap smear screening and breast examination.

Cervical cancer is preventable. Lectures and screening initiatives aim to eliminate the disease.
