Pantay Daya conducted Pre-Disaster Risk Assessment meeting on July 18,2025 for Tropical Depression “Crising”. The meeting was attended by the Pantay Daya Disaster Risk Reduction Management Committee (BDRRMC)presided by BDRRMC Chairman Reynaldo Reduque.

Present in the meeting were the 7 Sangguniang Barangay Members, the Barangay Treasurer, the Barangay Secretary, Chief Tanod, BNS and the two (2) PNP Personnel on duty at our Police Assistance Center (PAC).

PB Reduque emphasized the importance of preparedness and vigilance and the need for quick response during emergencies.

PB Reduque presented to the body a 4-in-1 Gasoline Hedge Trimmer Multi Tools that the City Government of Vigan distributed to the 39 barangays to strengthen the disaster preparedness and response capabilities especially for clearing fallen trees and debris caused by typhoon and other disasters. The equipment will serve as a valuable tool for barangay disaster response and recovery operations.

0-4 years old:
Original PSA/copy of Birth Certificate
Parent/ Guardian National ID
Authorization letter (if parent is unable to accompany the child)

5-17 years old:
Original PSA/ copy of Birth Certificate

18 years old and above:
1 Government issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License,Voter’s ID/Certificate etc)

Requirements for DEMOGRAPHIC UPDATING/CORRECTION

Original PSA/ copy of Birth Certificate ( for correction of name, birth, place of birth and gender)

Original PSA/ copy of Birth Certificate ( for correction of marital status)

Certificate of Residency ( for correction of permanent residence)

Blood typing result - Blood type

National ID Registration is now available for 0 year old and above
