To support our local meat vendors and help ease daily expenses for our community, the City Government of Vigan, through the City Veterinary Office and the Vigan City Slaughterhouse Division, announces that the following fees at the City Slaughterhouse are temporarily waived starting March 12, 2026, until further notice:

· Ante-mortem fee
· Slaughtering fee
· Weighing fee

This measure aims to help local meat vendors maintain prices amid the ongoing international conflict affecting fuel and commodity costs, while also protecting Bigueño consumers.

This initiative reflects the city government's continued commitment to people-centered public service and support for our local market community.

To support our market vendors and help ease daily expenses for our community, the City Government of Vigan, through the Vigan City Market Division, announces that the following fees at the Vigan City Public Market are temporarily waived starting today, March 11, 2026, until further notice:

• Cash Ticketed Tables
• Stall Rentals
• Tricycle Parking Fee

This measure is being implemented in response to the ongoing international conflict affecting fuel and commodity prices, with the goal of helping market vendors and tricycle drivers avoid increasing the prices of their goods and services while also protecting Bigueño consumers.

This initiative reflects the City Government’s continued commitment to people-centered public service and support for our local market community.
