Regional AbsNet Caraga

Regional AbsNet Caraga ABSNET is an organization of DSWD registered, licensed and accredited Social Welfare and Development Agencies (SWDAs).

Regional ABSNET Caraga (Area-Based Standards Network) is institutionalizing collaboration with SWDAs that are registered, licensed, and accredited by the DSWD, which constitute the intermediaries for social welfare service delivery. It is a strategy with the end goal of institutionalizing partnership with NGOs, LGUs that constitute as intermediaries for social welfare service delivery. It aims to

provide participative and consultative mechanism in areas along standards development, licensing and accreditation, capability building, technical assistance and resource augmentation.
