We are looking for
-Procurement / Buyer
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, & Electrical Engineering, Chemical, Biology & General Sciences/ Laboratory
• Male or Female
• Proven experience as Purchaser or relevant role
• Familiar with ISO documentation / processes
• Has background with IMPEX transactions
• Knowledgeable in purchasing and canvassing processes
• Must be keen to details and well-organized
• Fast learner
• Can work with minimal supervision
-Graphic Artist
• Present design ideas and concepts to market the company's brand
• Ensures that all advertising material follow the brand's guidelines
• Support the marketing team in developing interactive designs
• Create roadshow collaterals: banners, flyers, etc.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality prints
• Layout product photos for the company's website
• Create graphic posts for online platforms
• Knowledgeable in Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
• Review final layouts
-Credit & Collections Specialist
The employee in this position is responsible payment applications from customers, record keeping and documentation. The employee has to perform primarily on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Management.
Requirements:
• A college graduate of any four-year course. Business-related degree is preferred but not required;
• With good communication skills both oral and written;
• Must have keen attention to details;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Can build and maintain good interpersonal relationship within the wort ace;
• Can work with less supervision;
• Time-oriented in accomplishing the assigned tasks.
-Marketing Specialist
• With Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field
• Plan, implement, manage, and monitor marketing strategies
• Produce quality written/visual content for campaigns
• Handle the social media presence of the company (e.g. FB, Linkedin)
• Knowledgeable in any creative software is a plus
• Experience in trade marketing is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends.
