📢 CEBU CITY HALL WORK SUSPENDED AMID TYPHOON “TINO” THREAT
Cebu City Mayor Nestor D. Archival has issued Memorandum No. 2025-00807, ordering the suspension of work in all departments, attached offices, and special bodies of the Cebu City Government effective 2:00 p.m. today, November 3, 2025, due to the worsening weather conditions brought about by Typhoon “TINO.”
The directive, aligned with PAGASA advisories, aims to ensure the safety of all employees and to allow ample time to prepare for the typhoon’s possible impact.
We encourage everyone to take necessary safety precautions and stay updated through official government advisories.
Regular office operations will resume once conditions improve and a further notice is issued.

Cebu City Mayor Nestor D. Archival has issued Memorandum No. 2025-00807, ordering the suspension of work in all departments, attached offices, and special bodies of the Cebu City Government effective 2:00 p.m. today, November 3, 2025, due to the worsening weather conditions brought by Typhoon “Tino.”
The directive, in line with the advisories of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), aims to ensure the safety of all city government employees and to allow them ample time to prepare for the typhoon’s possible impact.
Mayor Archival has directed all employees to secure official documents, electronic equipment, and other valuable government property before leaving their respective offices.
Departments and offices involved in emergency response, public safety, health services, and other vital operations are to remain on full alert and continue performing their essential duties during the suspension.
