Today, the Toong Integrated School community gathered in faith and unity to celebrate our First Friday Mass, a meaningful opportunity to strengthen our relationship with God through prayer and reflection.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Rev. Fr. Arnel Cipat for presiding over the Holy Mass and for sharing an inspiring message that encouraged everyone to live with faith, love, and compassion.

May this Eucharistic celebration continue to guide and inspire us as we strive for excellence in both our spiritual and academic journey.

Selected Boy Scout and Girl Scout Officers from Toong Integrated School have successfully completed a 3-Day Specialized Training on Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid, and Disaster Preparedness held from August 3 to 5, 2026 at Toong Barangay Hall, Cebu City.

The training aimed to equip student leaders with life-saving skills, emergency response capabilities, and disaster readiness knowledge — while strengthening leadership, teamwork, and volunteerism among the school’s Scout officers.

Special gratitude is extended to the 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 for their support granting this special training for the scouts, Barangay DRRM Chairperson 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙅𝙪𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙖 𝘼𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖, whose invaluable contribution and coordination secured resource speakers from the 𝘾𝙚𝙗𝙪 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘿𝙍𝙍𝙈 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚— ensuring the training was expert-led, relevant, and highly beneficial for all participants.

The Cebu City Government is closely monitoring the effects of the recent eruption of Kanlaon Volcano as reported by PHIVOLCS.

In view of the reported volcanic ashfall affecting Cebu City, the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CCDRRMO) is closely coordinating with PHIVOLCS, PAGASA, and other concerned agencies to continuously monitor the situation and issue appropriate advisories.

Ready, Prepared, and Resilient! 💪❤️

Disaster preparedness is a shared responsibility, and today, we took another step toward a safer community. Our students and teachers practiced the standard safety protocols, with two of our young learners leading by example in their hard hats!

A huge thank you to Hon. Juliet Abella and the dedicated Barangay Toong BDRRM team for their invaluable support and for leading this drill with expertise. Because of your guidance, our school community feels safer and more equipped!

𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠 𝗣𝗧𝗔 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗟𝗬

Toong Integrated School successfully conducted its First General and Homeroom PTA Meeting for the school year 2026-2027, bringing together parents, teachers, and stakeholders in a shared commitment to quality education and student success.

The meeting highlighted the school's accomplishments and achievements, reaffirmed the DepEd Vision, Mission, and Core Values, and provided important information regarding the suspension of classes during calamities, school policies and guidelines, and the implementation of the Three-Term School Calendar and the Strengthened Senior High School Curriculum for the current academic year.

A significant part of the gathering was the election of the new School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) Officers, who will serve as partners in promoting programs and initiatives that will benefit our learners and the school community. Congratulations to our newly elected officers!

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who attended and actively participated in the meeting. Your support, cooperation, and dedication are vital in creating a safe, nurturing, and productive learning environment for our students.
