๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ & ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐! ๐
In Bisaya, the word ๐๐ช๐ฌ๐ means to play, and sometimes, a little play is exactly what we need to clear our minds before a busy semester begins!
To welcome the new semester, the youths of Barangay Sambag 2 took a much-needed break from academic stress. Through our recent Expressive Art Workshop, they spent the afternoon drawing, playing games, and simply connecting with one another.
Beyond the fun, it became a beautiful and safe space for guided processing, open debriefing, and exchanging heartfelt affirmations to ease those back-to-school anxieties.
A massive thank you to ๐๐ป๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐๐น๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ for facilitating this session and guiding our youth through such a meaningful, healing experience!
