Councilor Jaypee Labella, Chairman of the Committee on Infrastructure, met with Committee Vice-Chairman Councilor Harry Eran at his office to fast-track urgent projects for the City including water works and damming works, together with Councilor Alvin Arcilla, MCWD & DPWH.
