Cebu City Animal Care and Control CEBU CITY ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL (previously CEBU CITY POUND) Cebu City Animal Care and Control reserves the right to deny any adoption application.

HOW TO ADOPT

1) Fill up the questionnaire regarding application for adoption (In-charge staff will be evaluated and assessed the potential applicants. Although all animals are given an exam prior to becoming available for adoption, Cebu City Animal Care and Control cannot guarantee that these animals have not been exposed to an illness prior to coming to the Center)

2) If it seems you are a good

fit for each other based on the info you provided, complete the pet adoption form
NOTE: Cebu City Animal Care and Control requires adopters to be at least 18 years of age

3) Meet the adoptable pet(s). Choose the cat or the dog, kitten or puppy, that would complement you and your home.

4) Pay adoption fee worth P200.00
Adoption fee covers:
* Rabies vaccine for an adopted pet
* Spay and Neuter
* Deworming
