𝙄𝙉 𝙎𝙀𝙍𝙑𝙄𝘾𝙀: Members of Task Force Kasaligan took part in the Cebu City Wide Coastal Clean-up on December 14, 2024, at the Kinalumsan River between Brgy. Duljo Fatima and Mambaling Bridge. The team removed plastic waste and debris to help restore the river’s natural beauty. Their efforts aim to raise environmental awareness and encourage the individuals to contribute in protecting Cebu City’s coastal areas. ♻️ 💯

𝙄𝙉 𝙎𝙀𝙍𝙑𝙄𝘾𝙀: Members of Task Force Kalisagan actively assisted Philippine National Police (PNP) personnel in obtaining fingerprints from Persons Under Police Custody (PUPCs). This process was conducted for comprehensive record-keeping at each police station in Cebu City where they are detained, ensuring accurate personal identification. The fingerprint records are essential, as they can serve as a basis for identifying suspects if latent prints are later discovered at a crime scene, aiding in swift and precise suspect identification and supporting the investigative process.

𝙄𝙉 𝙎𝙀𝙍𝙑𝙄𝘾𝙀: Members of the Task Force Kasaligan continued issuing citation tickets to violators of environmental ordinances in the City of Cebu. As deputized environmental officers by the Cebu City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CCENRO), they are enforcing the Comprehensive Anti-Smoking Ordinance (City Ordinance No. 2241) as well as regulations against littering, spitting, urinating, and defecating in public places (City Ordinance No. 1361, Title II, Articles 8 & 9). These efforts aim to improve public health and maintain cleanliness. The public is urged to comply and help keep the city clean.

𝙄𝙉 𝙎𝙀𝙍𝙑𝙄𝘾𝙀: Members of Task Force Kasaligan assisted the Philippine National Police (PNP) in the medical examinations of Persons Under Police Custody (PUPC) before the transfer of their custody to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP). The joint effort was aimed to ensure an immediate and swift health checks in accordance with the rules on transfer of detainees. Hence, making the process of transfer smoother as well as improved the safety and management of the detainees.

𝙄𝙉 𝙎𝙀𝙍𝙑𝙄𝘾𝙀: Members of Task Force Kasaligan assisted the Philippine National Police (PNP) to set up regular checkpoints in various barangays throughout Cebu City, promoting road safety and effectively managing traffic flow. The implementation of these checkpoints not only reinforced adherence to traffic regulations but also acted as a deterrent for potential violators. This effort also aims to reduce the number of vehicular accidents and crime rates in our city, ensuring safer roads for all.
