The processing of the Philippine Navy Reserve Military ID is now ongoing. All reservists are encouraged to prepare and submit the complete documentary requirements to facilitate the processing of their Military Identification Card.

✅ Enlistment Order
✅ ADT Order for the Present Calendar Year (If none, please provide ₱100.00)
✅ One (1) 2×2 ID Picture wearing PBDU/SBDU
✅ Original PSA Birth Certificate
• New Applicants: Original PSA with official receipt (issued within the last 6 months)
• Renewal: Original PSA Birth Certificate only (receipt not required)
✅ Old Military ID (for renewal applicants)
✅ Accomplished Military ID Application Form

The Naval Reserve Center – Eastern Visayas directs all 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙉𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 under this command to report as scheduled for the conduct of Mustering, Information Drive, and Accounting of Troops.

In addition, former ROTC cadets who are interested in returning to Active Duty as Reservists are encouraged to be present for document processing. This is an opportunity to receive guidance on the requirements and initiate the processing of your documents.

Attention to all Naval Reservists who are eligible for promotion.

All qualified personnel are encouraged to submit their complete promotion requirements to Headquarters Naval Reserve Center – Eastern Visayas (HNRCEN-EV) at the earliest opportunity to ensure the timely processing of their promotion.

✅ Important Reminders
• All promotion documents must be duly endorsed by your Immediate Unit Commander prior to submission.
• For the Recommendation Letter from the Unit Commander, please coordinate with your respective Battalion/Squadron Admin Officer or NCO for processing and issuance.

• Applicants for PFC/SN2 (E2) to CPL/SN1 (E3) and CPL/SN1 (E3) to SGT/PO3 (E4) shall compile all requirements in one (1) blue folder using a slider (not a fastener) with properly labeled blue index tabs.

📋 Promotion Eligibility Requirements

PFC/SN2 (E2) ➜ CPL/SN1 (E3)
• Must have completed the required Time-in-Grade (TIG) of three (3) years as a PFC/SN2.
• Must have completed an Active Duty Training (ADT) within the applicable three-year period.

CPL/SN1 (E3) ➜ SGT/PO3 (E4)
• Must have completed the required Time-in-Grade (TIG) of three (3) years in the current rank of CPL/SN1.
• Must have completed an Active Duty Training (ADT) within the applicable three-year period.

Graduate po ako ng 𝐍𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂/𝐌𝐒𝟐/𝐌𝐒𝟑. Kaso matagal na taon na ang nakakalipas, paano po ba magpa-active ulit?

Kung ikaw ay dating NROTC/MS2/MS3 graduate at nais muling maging aktibong bahagi ng Philippine Navy Reserve Force, maaari ka pa ring magpa-reactivate.

Ang unang hakbang ay ang pagpunta sa Naval Reserve Center – Eastern Visayas upang ma-verify ang iyong records at mabigyan ng tamang gabay sa activation process. Matapos ang pagsusuri ng iyong records, ipapaalam sa iyo ang mga kinakailangang dokumento at iba pang requirements na kailangan mong isumite. Mas mabuti kung exisiting pa ang iyong Enlistment Order.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The Official Logo the 10th Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award bearing the theme "Dekada ng Batas, Hindi Dahas (A Decade of Law, Not Force)."

Marking a decade of victory through law, not force. The July 12, 2016 Arbitral Award affirmed that the Philippines can defend its maritime rights peacefully—through UNCLOS, evidence, and principled action. It protects coastal communities, livelihoods, and one of the world’s richest marine environments, reminding us that sovereignty is also about food security and future opportunities for every Filipino family. Ten years on, its message is clear: principles matter, lawful action matters, and a rules‑based order benefits all nations.
