CEBU"S VICE GOVERNOR'S PERFORMANCE AND TRUST RATINGS OF VG GLENN SOCO (Q1 2026)
Transparency Good Governance and Accountability Advocates in partnership with Visayas Social Pulse : ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฌ๐จ ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฏ๐๐ฒ for the 1st Quarter of 2026 presents the performance and trust ratings of the Provincial Vice Governor of Cebu, Vice Governor Glenn Anthony Soco based on feedback from ๐,๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ across the province. Conducted within the survey period of April 15 - 25, 2026 with a margin of error of ยฑ๐% and a ๐๐% ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ, the survey reflects public sentiment on provincial leadership, governance, and service delivery.
The results indicate how Sugboanhons assess Vice Governor SOCO"s legislative leadership, highlighting a remarkable 93% ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ and an 92% ๐๐๐ซ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ . Public trust and performance ratings serve as key indicators of how Cebuanos perceive the direction of provincial governance, effectiveness, transparency, and the legislative support of the priority programs.

Legislative agenda : Focused on healthcare, livelihood, infrastructure, job creation, and MSME support.
Barangay service lounge : Pushed to set up a lounge at the Capitol for barangay workers visiting for assistance.
24/7 help desk & social services : His office is housing a help desk on the 3rd floor of the legislative building for burial assistance, medical aid, calamity assistance, and other welfare support. Also launching a FB page for direct inquiries.
These significant initiatives contributed to the strong public perceptions of governance performance and trust as captured in the Q1 2026 survey.
