Three days of growth, unity, and unforgettable memories, the 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 became a meaningful journey of self-discovery among student leaders. Beyond training, it strengthened friendships, trust, and encouragement while shaping a deeper understanding that true leadership is standing together with one shared purpose and vision.

🔥 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒 𝐒𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐋𝐘 𝐅𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐃 🕯️

During our campfire activity, we gathered in two circles and took part in meaningful activities about forgiveness, healing, and encouragement. We wrote the things we wanted to forgive ourselves for, the people we once hated, and the forgiveness we were ready to give, then threw the papers into the fire and watched them burn. The fire symbolized the pain, anger, and grudges we had carried for a long time. As the flames slowly faded, it reminded us that we were learning to let go, accept the past, and move forward.

We also shared affirmations and positive words with one another by whispering messages of encouragement to each person in the circle. Many became emotional, but through this activity, we realized that 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀. We must learn to forgive, accept our mistakes and failures, and continue growing. At the end of the night, we found comfort in each other’s presence and embraced one another like a family.

Day 2 of the Leadership Summit 2026 became even more meaningful as we welcomed our second speaker, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘇, who shared valuable insights and lessons about crafting resolutions and transforming visions into concrete plans. Through his discussion, “𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱: 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻,” he inspired student leaders to create meaningful resolutions and turn ideas into purposeful action. He reminded everyone that leadership begins with purpose, commitment, and determination. His inspiring words encouraged participants to become more responsible, proactive, and goal-driven leaders. We sincerely thank Sir Jess for sharing his knowledge and inspiring all the young leaders present.
