Good day! October 1 is officially the first day of renewal period for LTO for the year 2022.

Application for new Facility ( Permit to Construct, Ambulance Service Provider, Hospital and other health facility): We will receive your application until November 15, 2021 only.

Renewal Applications will be received until December 15, 2021 only.
