Congratulations to Mayor Lheslen Abella-Enad of Minglanilla, Mayor Mytha Basubas Canoy of San Fernando, and Mayor Caroline Bacaltos of Sibonga for being recognized by the Transparency Good Governance and Accountability Advocates (TGGAA) in its third-quarter Governance and Participation Index (GPI), covering the months of July to September this year.

This recognition is a reflection of the hard work and dedication that our municipal mayors continue to give in serving their constituents and making sure that governance remains focused on the needs of our people.

As your Congresswoman, I am always happy to see our local leaders being recognized for their efforts.

Today, we honor those who dedicate their lives to educating, guiding, and inspiring our children.

To all teachers, educators, school heads, and mentors in Sibonga, thank you for your patience, dedication, and unwavering belief in every child.

Teaching goes beyond lessons and classrooms. It means giving your time, energy, and heart; offering encouragement; and reminding every learner, “I believe in you.”

For all your sacrifices and steadfast service, salamat kaayo.

Sa atong mga minahal nga magtutudlo sa Sibonga, daghang salamat sa inyong walay kakapoy nga pag-atiman, pagtudlo, ug paggiya sa atong mga kabataan. Salamat sa inyong pagpailub, pagsabot, ug pagtuo sa ilang mga damgo. Bisan pa sa mga kalisdanan, padayon gihapon kamo sa pagbarug alang sa atong mga anak ug sa ilang kaugmaon.
