NAPOLCOM REGION 7 SUCCESSFULLY PASSES ISO 9001:2015 STAGE 2 AUDIT WITH ZERO NONCONFORMITIES
The National Police Commission Regional Office VII successfully passed the Stage 2 Audit for its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, reaffirming its commitment to quality management, operational excellence, and responsive public service.
Under the leadership of Regional Director Atty. Maximo T. Lasaca I, CESO V, the regional office continues to strengthen institutional systems and operational processes to ensure efficient, reliable, and client-centered service delivery.
The Stage 2 Audit was conducted by SOCOTEC Certification Philippines Inc. Auditor Mr. Kevin Castillon, who evaluated the office’s established processes, frontline services, support operations, documented procedures, and overall compliance with international quality management standards from May 25-26, 2026.
Among the key frontline services assessed were the administration of police examinations and the processing of police benefit claims which are considered as one of the core functions of NAPOLCOM.
Following the comprehensive evaluation, NAPOLCOM Region VII successfully achieved Zero (0) Minor Nonconformities and Zero (0) Major Nonconformities, demonstrating the effective implementation and sustainability of its Quality Management System.
Mr. Kevin Castillon likewise commended NAPOLCOM Region VII for its well-established processes, organized systems, strong documentation practices, and evident commitment toward continuous improvement and quality service delivery, emphasizing the office’s readiness and capability in maintaining internationally recognized standards.
This significant milestone of NAPOLCOM Region VII is the result of the Regional Office’s dedication, teamwork, and unwavering commitment and reflects the office’s collective pursuit of excellence, professionalism, and public service.
