🤝 EMPOWERING PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH HUMAN RIGHTS AND PROTECTION

Today, the Cebu City Persons with Disability Federation, together with the different Barangay PWD Federation Presidents of Cebu City, gathers for an important and meaningful Basic Human Rights and Violence Against Women and their Children (VAWC) Seminar.

📍 CREMDEC, Barangay Taptap, Cebu City

This activity is conducted in collaboration with the Cebu City Anti-Discrimination Commission Office (CCADC), strengthening our shared commitment to promoting human dignity, equality, protection, and freedom from all forms of discrimination and violence.

Through awareness, education, and open dialogue, we empower our PWD community and barangay leaders to better understand their rights, recognize acts of discrimination and violence, and become stronger advocates for a safe, inclusive, and respectful Cebu City. 💙

✨ Our rights matter. Our voices matter. Every person deserves to live with dignity, respect, and equality.

This important meeting brings together the Commission to discuss ongoing programs, policy updates, strategic initiatives, and collaborative efforts in advancing equality, inclusivity, and the protection of the rights of every Cebuano. Through meaningful dialogue and collective decision-making, the Commission continues to strengthen its commitment to promoting a city free from discrimination.
