To establish a Science High School:
SDO Dasmariñas City benchmarks Cavite City Science High

The Schools Division Office (SDO) of Dasmariñas City conducted a benchmarking visit to Cavite City National Science High School (CCNSHS) to learn from the school’s experience and practices in establishing and developing a specialized Science High School.

The benchmarking activity aimed to provide the SDO Dasmariñas City delegation with valuable insights into the processes, systems, and considerations involved in putting up a Science High School, particularly in terms of its organizational structure, curriculum implementation, learner admission, staffing, facilities, and other essential requirements.

During the visit, CCNSHS officials and personnel shared their experiences and practices in managing a specialized secondary school and sustaining an environment that supports science, technology, innovation, and excellence among learners.

The activity also provided an avenue for professional exchange, allowing the delegation to raise questions, discuss challenges, and explore possible strategies that may be considered in the establishment of a Science High School in Dasmariñas City.
