Bulata Fire Sub-station headed by SFO4 Marlon B Estimar Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, under the supervision of FO2 Alfonso J De Los Sañez II Bulata Fire Sub-station Commander, conducted BUMBERO KO, TEACHER KO wherein fire safety lectures and EDITH (Exit Drill in the Home) were taught among the Kindergarten pupils of Bulata Elementary School, Brgy Bulata, Cauayan Negos Occidental dated March 13, 2026

Fire Safety Lecture

Bulata Fire Sub-station personnel headed by SFO4 Marlon B Estimar Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted fire safety lecture and fire drill at Punta Bulata Resort and Spa.

The training aimed to enhance the participants knowledge and preparedness in responding to a fire incident.
Through hands-on drills and simulations, the participants gained practical experience that will enable them to take the lead during emergency.
The initiative also promotes a culture of safety and resilience among the participants, empowering them to serve as a role model within their community.

IMPLEMENTATION OF BODY WORN CAMERA
(BWC) | 04 February 2026

Bulata Fire Sub-station duty personnel headed by SFO4 Marlon B Estimar, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal fully implements the use of Body Worn Cameras (BWC) during Fire Safety Inspections in accordance with BFP Memorandum Circular 2026-001.

The Bureau of Fire Protection requires Body Worn Cameras during Fire Safety Inspections mainly to promote transparency, integrity, and professionalism. This also helps ensure that procedures are followed properly and discourages misconduct.

OPLAN PAALALA IWAS PAPUTOK ||
25 December 2025

Bulata Fire Sub-station personnel under the leadership of SFO4 Marlon B Estimar Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted intensified fire safety inspection of fire crackers stall at Brgy Inayawan, Cauayan, Negros Occidental to ensure the required safety standard.
The activity was also carried out through recorida and enhanced fire truck visibility.

The campaign aimed to increase public awareness on fire safety and to encourage the community to celebrate the holiday season responsibly by avoiding the use of dangerous firecrackers. It also promoted safe, creative, and enjoyable alternatives to help protect lives, prevent injuries, and ensure a fire-free holiday celebration.
