PROVINCIAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY & 4L NEGROS CHAPTER ELECTION

On February 19, 2026, Municipal Vice Mayor Anna Liza Tabujara Soriano attended and led the Provincial General Assembly and Election of Officers of the Lady Local Legislator League of the Philippines (Four-L Philippines, Inc.) – Negros Chapter, held at the Social Hall of the Provincial Capitol of Negros Occidental in Bacolod City.

The event gathered women local legislators from across the province to strengthen collaboration and unity among leaders, promote inclusive and gender-responsive governance, and provide a platform to share ideas and best practices in public service.

Vice Mayor Soriano emphasized the importance of empowering women leaders and fostering solidarity to drive meaningful progress in local communities.

She also expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson for his full support of the event and to the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) for facilitating the election.

Congratulations to the newly elected officers of the 4L Negros Chapter on their election and commitment to serving the province.

Your Health, Our Priority 🫰

A meaningful Medical and Dental Mission was successfully held today at Talacdan National High School, Barangay Talacdan, Cauayan, Negros Occidental, spearheaded by the Office of the Vice Mayor, VM Jing Tabujara-Soriano , in line with the commitment to bring accessible and quality health services closer to the people.

‎This initiative was made possible through the strong partnership with the Cauayan District Hospital, Municipal Health Office, and the Bfp Nir Cauayan FireStation , whose dedication and expertise ensured the smooth delivery of medical and dental services to the community. The activity was further strengthened by the full support and cooperation of the faculty and staff of Talacdan National High School, together with the hardworking barangay officials of Barangay Talacdan, who played a vital role in the successful implementation of the program.

Through unity, collaboration, and service, this mission reflects a shared goal of promoting health, care, and compassion for every member of the community—proof that when leaders and partners work together, meaningful service truly reaches the people.

A day of Service and Compassion for our community 💚

Yesterday, December 8, 2025, the community of So. Balisong, Brgy. Guilungan, Cauayan came together for a meaningful and heartfelt Medical Mission held at Evangel Elementary School. This initiative, spearheaded by the Office of the Vice Mayor and personally led by VM Jing Tabujara-Soriano , aimed to provide accessible healthcare services and support to families who need it most.

Through the combined efforts and dedication of our valued partners—the Bfp Nir Cauayan FireStation ,Cauayan District Hospital, Barangay Guilungan Officials, BHW's, BNS, Faculty and Staff of Evangel Elementary School—residents were able to receive free medical consultations, health assessments, and essential services. The commitment and teamwork of our frontliners, volunteers, and medical professionals made the entire activity smooth, impactful, and filled with compassion.

This medical mission reflects our shared vision of ensuring that every Cauayanons, especially those in far-flung sitios, has access to basic health services. It is a reminder that when government offices, institutions, and communities work hand in hand, we can create meaningful change and uplift the lives of many.

Bringing healthcare closer to the people❤️

A meaningful day of public service and community care unfolded last November 14, 2025, as the Office of the Vice Mayor, Hon. Anna Liza “Jing” Tabujara-Soriano, successfully conducted a Medical Mission Program at Sitio Payong, Brgy. Guilungan. This initiative was part of our continuous commitment to bring essential health services closer to our residents, especially those in far-flung areas.

With the wholehearted support of our partner agencies—the Bfp Nir Cauayan FireStation, Cauayan District Hospital, 15th Infantry Battalion, 3ID, PA , and the Municipal Health Office,—the team provided free medical check-ups, health consultations, and medicines to the community. Their dedication and teamwork ensured that every patient received the attention and care they needed. We also extend our sincere gratitude to Board Member Ralph Alvarez and BM Jeffrey T. Tubola for joining and supporting this mission, as well as to the Barangay Guilungan Officials, BHW, BNS, and Payong Elementary School Faculty and Staff. Their presence strengthened our shared goal of promoting accessible and quality healthcare for all.

This medical mission is a reminder that when leaders, agencies, and communities work together, meaningful service becomes possible.
