Kung mayroon kayong kapamilya na bedridden o hindi na kayang pumunta sa registration center at hindi pa nakakapagparehistro sa National ID, maaari namin silang i-schedule at bisitahin sa kanilang tahanan para sa pagpaparehistro.

Mangyaring ihanda at ibigay ang mga sumusunod na detalye upang ma-schedule ang pagbisita:

Simula Abril 1, 2026, ang Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) o National ID na ang kikilalaning pangunahing ID ng DSWD sa payout ng Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens.

Ang mga benepisyaryong wala pang National ID ay hinihikayat na magparehistro sa pinakamalapit na tanggapan ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). Magkakaroon din ng PhilSys registration tuwing payout para mapadali ang pagpaparehistro ng ating mga senior citizens.

Pupuntahan naman ng PSA ang mga bedridden na benepisyaryo para sila ay irehistro.

📣 ANUNSYO SA PUBLIKO 📣

Simula April 1, 2026, Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) o National ID na ang primary ID na gagamitin sa payout activities ng programang Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens.

Inaanyayahan ang lahat ng benepisyaryo na wala pang National ID na magpunta sa pinakamalapit na opisina ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) upang magpa-rehistro.

Ipinapaalam din sa lahat na may koordinasyon ang ating tanggapan sa PSA upang magsagawa ng National ID registration tuwing payout para mapadali ang pagpaparehistro ng mga senior citizen beneficiaries.

Binibigyang-diin din na ang mga bedridden na benepisyaryo ay pupuntahan ng PSA upang maisagawa ang kanilang PhilSys registration.

Resumption of National ID Operations in Region II

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Region II announces the resumption of National ID operations in all provinces of Region II.

Starting 19 January 2026, Mobile Registration for the National ID shall resume. Meanwhile, National ID Fixed Registration Centers (FRCs) located at PSA Regional and Provincial Offices continue to cater to unregistered individuals for inclusion in the National ID Registry.

All individuals are encouraged to ensure that they are registered with the National ID system (PhilSys).

📣 National ID Registration for Infants – Don’t Miss Out! 📣

Parents and guardians may now register their children below five (5) years old, including newborn babies, at any National ID Registration Center. Only the child’s basic information and a front-facing photo will be collected for now. Their complete biometrics (fingerprints and iris scan) will be captured once they reach the age of five.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is already PhilSys-registered. Please bring the child’s Birth Certificate or other valid supporting documents, along with the National ID or National ID in paper form of the accompanying parent or guardian. For guardians, an Authorization Letter and required IDs must also be presented.

Successful registrants will be issued their National ID in paper form, ensuring that even infants and young children are part of the National ID system for easier access to government and private services in the future. 💙

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) reiterated its warning to the public against phishing scams where scammers utilize texts, calls, emails, or virtual meetings via video conferencing platforms to trick individuals into providing personal information under the guise of National ID assistance like updating of information or ID delivery.

The PSA emphasizes that the official email address for the National ID is 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨@𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐬𝐲𝐬.𝐠𝐨𝐯.𝐩𝐡, with the email handle 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐃 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫.

Nakita natin nung pandemic kung gaano kahirap kumilos na walang maasahan na database ng residente.

September 2020. Nakita ko ang contact tracing app ng Valenzuela ( ) at tinulungan nila tayong ireplicate ito.

Eventually, we used our QR codes for other services, including our favorite "Pamaskong Handog."

Pero alam din naman natin ang reyalidad: may iilan na HINDI HONEST. Nag-iimbento ng pangalan, pinepeke ang address. Kaya naghanap tayo ng "FRAUD-PROOF SOLUTION" at ito na po siya ngayon:
