The Sirak Party hereby formally endorses the candidacy of Mr. Rev Durmiendo, an independent candidate for University Student Council (USC) President, currently a third-year Bachelor of Science in Chemistry student from the College of Science of the University of Eastern Philippines.

It is the firm position of the Sirak Party that leadership is neither defined nor confined by one’s affiliation with any political organization. Neither is it determined by the prominence or popularity of a political party. Rather, true leadership is measured by the strength of one’s convictions, the integrity of one’s principles, and the unwavering commitment to serve the genuine interests of the student body.

Accordingly, the Party underscores that political affiliation—or the absence thereof—is immaterial in the assessment of a candidate’s capacity to lead. What bears paramount importance is the candidate’s vision, competence, and dedication to advancing the welfare of the students and the academic community as a whole.

Hindi mahalaga kung ang isang kandidato ay may kinabibilangang political party o wala. Ang higit na mahalaga ay ang kakayahan niyang maglingkod nang tapat at epektibo. Dapat nang baguhin ang pananaw na ang kasikatan o pagiging bahagi ng isang kilalang partido ang batayan ng pamumuno. Ang tunay na sukatan ay hindi kasikatan, kundi kakayahan, prinsipyo, at malasakit sa kapwa mag-aaral.
