Must be 16–24 years old
Must be a resident of Brgy. Macaas
Must represent a sitio (player of the team)
Must submit a filled-out Application Form
(Forms will be distributed on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 — kindly approach your assigned SK Councilor in your sitio)
