The City Government of Catbalogan successfully convened the ๐— ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ต๐—น๐˜† ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฆ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—น ๐—•๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ (๐—Ÿ๐—ฆ๐—•) ๐— ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด today, March 17, 2026, at the Kamaandam Operation Center of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO). The session opened with the reading, actions taken, and approval of the previous LSB minutes.

The Board also reviewed the accomplishments for the 2026 Eastern Visayas Regional Athletic Association (EVRAA) Meet and discussed updates on the upcoming End-of-School-Year rites. In addition, members tackled the omnibus guidelines on the proper utilization of the Special Education Fund (SEF) to further strengthen support for the cityโ€™s education sector.

Other matters were likewise addressed, including concerns raised by Public School District Supervisors (PSDSs) on the prioritization of Senior High School work immersion students in establishments across Catbalogan City, reaffirming the Boardโ€™s commitment to responsive and inclusive educational initiatives.
