Isang malaking karangalan na ang Northern Samar ay nakakapagbahagi ng mga good practices sa iba’t ibang larangan.

Sa ilalim ng aktibong pamamalakad ng ating Provincial Assessor's Office, napansin muli ang Pamahalaang Panlalawigan bilang pinakaunang probinsya sa buong Rehiyon 8 na nakabuo ng updated Schedule of Market Value at nagsagawa ng kaukulang public consultation, ayon sa iniuutos ng Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act.

Noong nakaraang linggo, malugod nating tinanggap ang Assessors’ Team mula Eastern Samar na pinangunahan ni OIC Provincial Assessor Cristy G. Cidro, kasama ang mga municipal assessors at iba pang kinatawan ng mga LGU mula Eastern Samar sa kanilang ginawang benchmarking activity sa ating probinsya bilang bahagi ng kanilang paghahanda sa ginagawang Schedule of Market Value for real properties.

Today, the Technical Working Group (TWG) for the Schedule of Market Value (SMV) of the Eastern Samar Assessor Team conducted a benchmarking activity with the Provincial Assessor’s Office of Northern Samar in line with the 2026 SMV update. This activity provided an opportunity to share best practices and reinforced our shared commitment to effective, transparent, and equitable property valuation.
