These development projects may be funded from local, regional and national government.

Last May 17, 2021 the DILG Provincial Office through Ms. Samantha O. Ibasco, E III and Ms. Claire Florence U. Sia, PEO II together with DILG Municipal Field Officer Mr. Rannel G. Domasig, MLGOO-LGOO VI and members of the Project Monitoring Council (PMC) of LGU - Talisay, Camarines Norte, conducted Site Visit at Barangay San Jose to San Francisco for the project "Local Road Access Upgrading fro Brgy. San Jose to San Francisco amounting Php 5,870,000.00. After the visitation they held the Exit Conference at DILG Office, Municipal Building of Talisay, Camarines Norte.

The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Technical Working Group (TWG) conducted Pre-Construction Conference together with the winning contractor last March 23, 2021, 10:00 in the morning at MPDO Conference Room for the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) / DILG Assistance to Municipalities (AM) 2020 funded projects viz:

> Upgrading of Local Access Road from Brgy. San Jose – Brgy. San Francisco amounting to Php 5,850,929.50.

> Upgrading of Local Access Road from Brgy. Sta. Elena amounting to Php 5,947,450.00.

Installation of Billboard at project site was conducted also after the Pre-Construction Conference with the Project Monitoring Council (PMC) Members and Sangguniang Barangay Members.
