๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ (๐๐๐ฅ) ๐ก๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ took a significant step toward the establishment of its new provincial office building following the signing of the ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฎ ๐ฎ,๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ-๐๐พ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ-๐บ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น ๐ผ๐ณ ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ in Catarman, Northern Samar, on September 22, 2026.
The signing ceremony was held at the Leyte Academic Center in Palo, Leyte, with ๐๐๐ฅ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ผ ๐ . ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฎ ๐๐๐ and ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ป๐ถ๐ ๐ . ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐๐ผ๐ป, representing the heirs of ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป๐ผ ๐. ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐๐ผ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ฟ. and ๐๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ-๐ฆ๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐๐ผ๐ป, formally signing the Deed of Donation.
Under the agreement, the donors donated a parcel of land located at Sitio Balud, Barangay Macagtas, Catarman, Northern Samar, with a total area of 2,000 square meters, for the construction of the DAR Northern Samar Provincial Office Building.

The donation marks an important milestone for DAR Northern Samar as it moves toward providing a permanent and more suitable office facility for its personnel and clients, strengthening the Departmentโs delivery of agrarian reform services to farmers and agrarian reform beneficiaries across the province.
